Anti aging face masks

Anti ageing means designed to prevent the appearance of getting older. Skin wrinkles typically appear as a result of aging processes such as glycation, habitual sleeping positions, loss of body mass, or temporarily, as the result of prolonged immersion in water. Age wrinkling in the skin is promoted by habitual facial expressions, aging, sun damage, smoking, poor hydration, and various other factors.

Some Anti aging face masks are as below

1. Oatmeal and Honey Mask:

Make a mixture with equal parts of honey and oatmeal and mix it well together. Apply the paste on your face and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and feel your new rehydrated skin that looks wonderfully younger!

2. cucumber mask

Take a small cucumber and grate it. Add egg white, a tablespoon of lemon juice and apple paste. Apply it all over your face and leave it for 20 minutes. The enzymes of the cucumber will soothe your skin and make it look fresher and younger.

3. Banana Mask:

Bananas are full of anti-aging properties and rich in vitamins E and A. You can make a great anti-aging face pack by mashing a banana and adding a tablespoon each of cream and honey. Mix the paste well and apply it on to your face. Leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse off.

4. Strawberry and Egg White Mask:

Take a few strawberries and mash them. Mix the paste with egg white and apply it on your face. Leave the paste on until it dries completely and then rinse off with cold water. This is a wonderful mask for rejuvenating wrinkled skin.

5. Avocado & Honey Mask

Take an 1/2 small ripen avacoda and a table spoon of Honey. Mix ingredients together and apply to your face. If you have combination skin, you may want to apply only to the drier areas of your face. You can leave it on for around 15 minutes, but feel free to take a nap and leave it on a little longer. For deeper penetration into your pores, warm the honey before mixing with the avocado.

Ingredients

  • Beetroot
  • Lettuce
  • Fuji apple
  • Whole lemon
  • Ginger

How to prepare and use

Peel the skin of Beet root and cut it into half and dice half beet root. Drop the pieces into a juicer and add 5 leaves of Lettuce and 1 fuji apple, 1/2 inch of ginger. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to these ingredients. Make a fine juice with these ingredients. Add some ice and drink it. This juice helps to revive your skin.

Recipe 2 : Apple and blueberry smoothie

Ingredients

  • Blue berries
  • Apples

How to prepare and use

Wash and remove seeds of both the fruits (2 cups of blue berries and 2 apples). Put them in a blender and make a juice. Add some ice and drink the juice immediately after preparation. This juice also helps to revive your skin.

Recipe 3 : Cucumber smoothie

Ingredients

  • Cucumber 1
  • carrots -2
  • Apples – 2
  • Celery stalk – 1

How to prepare and use

Take a cucumber without peeling. Cucumber skin is rich of silicon. Combine all the ingredients like 2 carrots, 2 apples, and 1 celery stalk and blend them and add ice and drink it. Drinking this juice regularly will help to reduce wrinkles.
