Ingredients For Beetroot And Tomato Soup

  • Beetroot 1
  • Tomatoes 1
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 Tsp
  • All-purpose flour 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Cream ½ Tsp
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch

Preparation Method Of Beetroot And Tomato Soup

  • Boil beetroot and tomatoes in a vessel with a lid on it.
  • Once it is boiled blend it into a fine paste.
  • In a hot pan add butter, garlic, all-purpose flour and mix it.
  • Cook till the raw flavour is gone and add the puree to it.
  • Now add some water, pepper powder, salt and let it cook for few minutes.
  • After 1-2 boils switch off the flame and serve hot in a soup bowl with fresh cream and coriander on it.
