Eating healthy is good for your whole body — especially your eyes!
An excessive strain weakens the muscles of the eye which helps in focus on obects. If you observe that things are looking Blurry that means your sight is weakening, Weak eyesight is most often associated with either nearsightedness (called myopia) or farsightedness (called hyperopia).
Diet to be followed for better eyesight.
Spinach: Spinach includes nutrients like vitamin A which helps to protect the cornea. Lutein which is found in spinach protects the eyes from ultraviolet light. Zeaxanthin is a chemical compound found in spinach leaves which help one towards visual.

Carrot: Carrot contains beta carotene which also acts like Vitamin A. So that it helps to maintain clean cornea. Night blindness is also prevented.Such as spinach Lutein is also present in carrot which helps to protect the eye from ultraviolet light.
Apple: Apples contain a considerable amount of both vitamin A and vitamin C, which help to treat night blindness. They also strengthen eyes and can help to prevent eyesight from worsening.
Blueberries: Blueberries are rich in anthocyanins which protect and also helps in better vision. How to prepare and use
Take about 7 almonds and put it in a motor and add two tea spoons of fennel seeds and add 1 teaspoon of sugar candy and crush them all in a motor to make a fine powder store the mixture in cool and dry place. Add 1 tea spoon of mixture to a glass of warm water and drink it every night before going to bed.
Drink it every night before going to bed and do not eat any thing after having it.

How to prepare and use
Take a cup of warm milk and add half a tea spoon of liquorice powder and add 1/4 tea spoon of ghee or clarified ghee and 1 tea spoon of honey to it and mix it well and drink it
Drink it after supper or before going to bed for two times daily.
