The ingredients for Couscous Salad are

  • 1 cup Couscous
  • 1 cup  water
  • 3 lemons
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Mint
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 diced red onion
  • 1 diced cucumber
  • Feta cheese

Preparation Of Couscous Salad

  • Add hot water to couscous and put aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Add salt, black pepper, cucumber, red bell, onions, parsley and lemon pepper to couscous and mix well.
  • Now put feta cheese, mint and cilantro on the top of the couscous salad.
