Drinks For Fast Weight loss Fast – Fat Burn Drinks Recipes

Recipe 1 : Ginger water

Ingredients

  • Hot water
  • Ginger
  • Honey
  • Lemon Slices

How to do:

Take a pan and boil one glass of water in a pan and add half an inch of ginger slices. Now it for 10 minutes in low flame and after the strain the water and add 1 tea spoon of honey to it and mix it well. Add 4 to 5 lemon slice to the strained and mix honey juice of ginger.

Dosage:

  • Drink the juice daily

Recipe 2 : Black coffee

Ingredients

  • Hot water
  • Black coffee : It is zero calorie drink which increases metabolism and helps in weight loss. It also when consumed after a meal. As it is rich in caffeine result in frequent urination so which helps in weight loss.

How to do:

Take a pan and boil one glass of water in a pan and add one tea spoon of coffee and boil it for 1 minute and strain it.

Dosage:

  • Drink the juice daily twice daily 1 cup early in the morning with empty stomach.

Recipe 3 : Pineapple and Kiwi Smoothie

  • Pine apple
  • Kiwi

How to do:

Mix 5 slices of pineapple and one kiwi in a blender without sugar. Add some skim or almond milk to taste and drink it instead of lunch.
