  • 2 tablespoon oats
  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 3 cups of water

Preparation Of Garlic Vegetable Soup 

  • Heat the oil in a pan
  • Add chopped garlic and onions for 2 minutes
  • Add mixed vegetables, 3 cups of water, salt and pepper to taste and stir well
  • Add 2 tablespoon of oats and chopped coriander and cook on for 2 minutes.
