Healthy Sandwich recipes for weight loss

Peanut butter and banana sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • ½ banana sliced
  • ½ Tablespoon of peanut butter

How to make

Toast 2 slices of whole wheat bread, spread peanut butter across one slice of bread, lay sliced bananas across and put the other slice on top. Now Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy.

Tuna fish sandwich

Tuna fish is rich in vitamin D and it also helps lower your blood pressure, supports heart health and can aid weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 1 teaspoon of organic light mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup of minced celery
  • ¼ cup minced onions
  • 16 ounce can of organic wild albacore tuna or fresh tuna

How to make

Toast 2 slices of whole wheat bread, Combine tuna, mayonnaise, celery and onions. Now Spoon across sandwich and put the other slice on top. Finally cut the sandwich in half and enjoy it
