Home Remedies for Anxiety

Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome. or A strong desire or concern to do something or for something to happen. panic attacks, anxiety attacks, phobia, and social anxiety are different signs of anxiety disorders. It may be due to physical stress and also may be side effect of medication or illness.

Symptoms of anxiety are:-

  • Nervousness
  • Fear
  • Breathlessness
  • lack of sleep
  • Irritability
  • Indigestion
  • Nausea
  • Inability to remain calm

Home remedies for Anxiety are

Remedy 1

Ingredients

  • Almonds
  • Milk
  • Saffron
  • Honey

How to prepare and use

Take some almonds and peel it off the skin and crush them and soak them in water all the night. And now take 1 table spoon of crushed almonds in to a cup of milk and add a tablespoon of soaked saffron and a table spoon of honey to it and mix all the ingredients well.

Dosage

  • Drink once every day.

Remedy 2

Ingredients

  • Orange juice
  • Nutmeg powder

How to prepare and use

Take a glass or orange juice and add 1 teaspoon of nutmeg powder to it mix both the ingredients well.

Dosage

  • Drink once every day.

Remedy 3

Ingredients

  • Baking soda
  • Ginger powder

How to prepare and use

Take 1/3 cup of baking soda and a 1/3 cup of ginger powder add these two ingredients in warm bath and soak in a tub for 15 minutes to get relief from anxiety.

Some tips to get rid of Anxiety are like

  • Do exercise regularly because exercise can make brain work healthy
  • Eat healthy food
  • Do 15 minutes meditation daily
  • Get enough sleep
