Home remedies for fatigue

Fatigue is a feeling of tiredness which is distinct from weakness, and has a gradual onset. Fatigue can have physical or mental causes.

Physical fatigue : Physical fatigue, or muscle fatigue, is the temporary physical inability of a muscle to perform optimally.

Physical fatigue is caused  due to excessive physical activity, lack of sleep, vitamin deficiencies, Loss of body fluids.

Mental fatigue : Mental fatigue is a temporary inability to maintain optimal cognitive performance

Mental fatigue is caused by Depression, boredom, or stress


  • Inability to focus on work.
  • lack of motivation
  • lack of energy
  • Weakness

Home remedies for fatigue

Remedy 1


  • Milk
  • Ashwagandha powder
  • Honey

How to prepare and use

Take a glass of hot milk and add about 1 tea spoon of ashwagandha powder and ayurvedic herb and add about 2 teaspoons of honey mix all the ingredients well and drink it .


  • Drink the mixed milk two times a day.

Remedy 2


  • Honey
  • Indian gooseberry
  • Honey

How to prepare and use

Take an Indian gooseberry and mash them after de-seeding add about 300ml of hot water and boil them for 20 minutes after that let it cool down and strain the liquid  and add some honey for taste and drink it.


  • Drink the mixture three times a day

A well balanced diet is very important to prevent fatigue, and equally important to not skip breakfast have an egg for breakfast as it provides energy.

Coffee is another energizer that can help fight fatigue, Have two cups of coffee daily to revitalize you.
