Home Remedies for Firming Sagging Breasts
Breast sagging is a natural process that happens with age wherein the breasts lose their suppleness and elasticity.
Women want their breast to be in perfect shape throughout the life but it is not possible in most cases. Sagging breasts may be due to aging (certainly after 40 years) but in some conditions, it may happen before that. Breasts don’t have muscle. Workout: To lift up and firm hanging bosoms practice trunk presses and pull, arm raises circuitous push-ups and dumbbell flyes. By practicing, this objective bosom tissues and pectoral muscles around the trunk can help a great deal to include immovability.
Some more exercise like Bench press, Tricep dips, Medicine ball slams, Burpees, Straight arm pullover, Cable chest or fly crossover, Medicine ball pull over also help you in lifting firm hanging bosoms.
Ice massage: The cold temperature will cause the tissue to contract in turn making the bosoms appear firmer and more lifted.
How to do:
Take two ice cubes and massage them in a circular motion around the breast for 1 minute. Dry the breast with a towel and immediately put a properly fitted bra. Stay in a reclining position for 30 minutes. Repeat this process for many times in a day
(Note: Do not expose your breast to ice for more than 1 minute at a time as it cause numbness)
Olive oil: Olive oil is a rich source of antioxidants and fatty acids that can reverse the damage caused by free radicals and prevent sagging breasts. Take a small cucumber and slice into pieces and then blend it. Mix it with 1 egg yolk and 1 teaspoon of butter to get a paste. Apply it on your breast and leave it for 30 minutes and wash it with cool water.Use this mask once a week to firm and strengthen the breast tissues.
Egg white: Because of its astringent and skin-nourishing properties it is good for sagging breasts. The hydro lipids present in egg white helps lift loose skin around your breasts.
How to do:
- Cucumber juice
- Onion juice.
Take 1 egg and beat it until you get a foam texture. Apply it to your breast and leave it for 30 minutes. Wash it off with cucumber juice or onion juice and after that clean with cold water. Repeat this process weekly once.
Take 1 egg yolk and a tablespoon of plain yogurt and honey and mix it. Apply the paste to the breast and leave it for 20 to 30 minutes and clean it with cold water. Repeat this process weekly once.
