Tennis elbow which is also known as lateral epicondylitis where is a condition in which the outer part of the elbow becomes sore and tender at the lateral epicondyle.  The forearm muscles and tendons become damaged from repetitive overuse. This leads to pain and tenderness on the outside of the elbow.

People often become a victim of tennis elbow between 35s and 65s. This is common in both Men and women, Here are some home remedies for tennis elbow.

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • towel

How to make and use

Take some ice cubes in a towel and rub on the affected area for several minutes or even you can hold it on the affected area

Dosage

  • Repeat the remedy for many times  to reduce the pain of tennis elbow.

Remedy 2

Ingredients

  • Milk
  • Turmeric powder

How to make and use

Take a cup of milk and add a pinch of turmeric powder to it and mix it well and drink it.

Dosage

  • Drink this al teast for few weeks daily to get rid of tennis elbow.
