Home remedies to reduce body heat
Body heat is also called as heat stress. Body temperature keeps on elevating in spite of normal body cooling technique of sweating. Body heat is the common health condition caused intense sun exposure or high temperature. An individual is unable to maintain his temperature within the normal range of 97.7 – 99.5 degree Fahrenheit
- Coconut water
Drink a glass of tender coconut water for at least two to three times a day. As coconut electrolyte composition works as rehydrating agent. Its nutrient content helps body to re-energize.
- Lemon water : It is loaded with Vitamin C that helps in lowering the body temperature. It also conducts hydration and oxygenation mechanism.
Add one tea spoon of honey and a pinch of salt to each glass for lemon water and
- Drink two to three glasses a day.
- Butter milk : It restores minerals and vitamins depleted by the body during excessive sweating.
Blend 1/2 cup of thick yogurt with some water and add a pinch of black salt and drink it.
- Drink twice a day.
Blend cucumber, water, sugar, and honey together and now add a pinch of salt to it and drink it
- Drink this juice twice a day as it rehydrates the body and provides internal cooling effect.
And also drink cool water frequently, soak legs in cool water, and eat water melons, and drink a fresh pomegranate juice in the early morning as it calm down the internal heat of the body.
