Ingredients For lemonade

  • 8 cups of water 
  • Juice of 6 lemons
  • Half cup of honey 
  • 10 mint leaves
  • few Ice cubes

Preparation Method Of lemonade 

  • Heat the water up to 60 degrees. 
  • Add honey, lemon juice and mint leaves to that water. 
  • Place these water in the refrigerator.  
  • Add some ice cubes to that drink. 

Beyonce’s Diet Plan

  • Take this drink before the breakfast. 
  • For breakfast, have a fruit salad. 
  • At 11 Pm, drink a second glass. 
  • For lunch, have a boiled egg and lettuce salad with Apple Cider Vinegar. 
  • At 16, another glass of lemonade and a fruit. 
  • For dinner have a grilled fish/chicken and salad. 
  • 2 hours bedtime drink the last glass 
  • Repeat this diet plan for 10 days.
