Juice recipes for weight loss

Juicing is considered to be one of the best ways to lose weight successfully. If you include fruits and vegetables in your diet in the right way, you will be able to get rid of those extra weight. Juices have lots of micro-nutrients in them and are very low in calories and they are zero in fat. It acts as appetite suppressant and will thus help you lose weight.

Cucumber juice for weight loss

Ingredients :

  • Cucumber : Cucumber juice is a thirst quenching, refreshing, and cool beverage.
  • Lemon juice
  • Black salt

Chop the cucumber and toss the pieces into the blender and spin it and pour the juice in a glass and add some lemon juice about 1/2 lemon and black salt and is about 1/4 of the teaspoon and stir it well and have it.

Celery juice

Ingredients

  • Celery stalk : celery juice can help you shed excess pounds from your body and also  Celery juice reduces cellulite and puffiness by acting as a diuretic
  • Coriander leaves
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt

Chop the 2 celery stalks and blend them in mixer and toss handful of coriander leaves in a mixer and spin both the ingredients and pour the juice in a glass and Now add 1/2 lemon juice and a pinch of salt to Celery juice and stir well.

Watercress and Carrot Juice

Ingredients

  • Water cress
  • carrots
  • tomato dices
  • spinach
  • cilantro
  • black pepper
  • kosher salt

Wash, peel and dice about 2-3 medium sized carrots into small pieces. Chop a watercress for a cup and chop tomato in to dices and chop all other vegetables like spinach. Blend it properly to form a juice. Take a tall serving glass and pour the juice and 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 1 teaspoon of kosher salt in it and You can drink this juice early in the morning.
