Natural home remedies for a dry cough
Coughing keeps lungs, throat, and airway clear of foreign material.However constant cough can cause chest pain and will irritable proper need to taken in that situation. In a dry cough, there is no phlegm present along with a cough and throat feels itchy and dry. A cough mixed with exhaustion, irritability, fatigue and also weakens the immune system so that it leads to more infection.

Home remedies for a dry cough
Soak 7 almonds in water overnight and in the morning peel off the skin and crush them into like a paste and 2 tbsp of butter and 2 tablespoonsof sugar and mix well and eat the paste every day in the morning and evening till problem persists.
- Basil leaves or tulsi leaves
Take 1 tbsp of basil leave or tulsi leaves paste and 1 tbsp of ginger paste mix both the ingredients and extract the juice. In the extracted juice add 3 tbsp of honey and mix it well.
Have it three times a day until you get relief from a cough
- Lukewarm water
- Tumeric powder or Halid powder
- Carom Powder
Take a glass of lukewarm water and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder (Haldi powder), and 1 teaspoon of carom powder and mix it well.
Drink 2 times a day until you get relief from a cough.
- Turmeric powder (Haldi powder)
- Black pepper
Take a half cup of water in a boiling pot and 1 tbsp of turmeric powder (Haldi powder) and 1 tbsp of black pepper and 1 tbsp of honey, and add some cinnamon sticks, and boil it for 2 to 3 minutes and drink this daily until the condition improves.
- Lemon juice
Take 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and one tablespoon honey, heat the mixture until it becomes warm and drink the syrup thrice daily.
Take a cup of water and take some fresh ginger and peel it and slice it and crush it lightly and then boil this ginger with water and extract the juice and drink thrice a day until it relieves.
