Natural home remedies for Gastritis

Chronic Gastritis : Chronic gastritis occurs when your stomach lining becomes swollen or inflamed
Causes of Gastritis
- Over eating
- Excess intake of tea, coffee or alcohol
- Excess use of condiments
- Un-cooked food
Symptoms related to Gastritis
- Upper central abdominal pain
- Severe pain in the stomach
- Loss of appetite
Some times these symptoms can also be seen
- Scanty urination
- Bad taste in mouth
- Foul breath

- Heart burn
Home remedies of Gastritis
- carom seeds
Take 1 tea spoon of carom seeds and add 1 teaspoon of salt to it and mix it well. Eat the mixed powder to get relief from Gastritis.
- Liquorice powder
- Hot waer
Take a glass of hot water and add 1 tea spoon of liquorice powder to the hot water mix the powder the well in hot water. Leave it for 15 minutes and strain the liquid. Drink the liquid three times a day.
- Bassil or tulasi leaves
Take a hand full of tulasi leaves and 1/2 a cup of water and bend the tulasi leaves in water. Now add a pinch of rock salt and mix it well. Have the juice 2 -3 times a day to prevent gastritis.
- Lime juice
- Black pepper
Take a table spoon of honey in a bowl and add 1 tea spoon of lime juice to the honey and now add a pinch of black pepper. Mix all the ingredients well and have it 2 to 3 times in a day to get rid of gastritis.
