  • 1 tbsp Dhana jeera powder
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 cup soaked Moong Dal
  • 1/2 cup French beans
  • 1/2 cup Green peas
  • 3-4 Baby corns
  • 1/4 bowl Red bell pepper
  • 1/4 bowl Green bell pepper
  • 1/4 bowl Yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes
  • 3-4 bowl Oats
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
  • 2 glasses water
