Ragi flour- 1/2cup

Water – 1 cup

milk – 1/4 cup

cardamom powder – 1 tea spoon

Take the Ragi flour in a bowl and slowly add water to it, stirring continuously so that no lumps form and make it into a smooth paste. On the other side take some milk and start heating the milk in a pan and bring to boil. Now add the Ragi flour paste to the milk while stirring it followed by the cardamom powder and jaggery/sugar and let it simmer for 5 minutes on low flame with continued stirring. your energy drink is ready .
