Symptoms show that your are not drinking adequate water
Water is an essential fluid required for our body. Our body constrains about 60% of water which contained in the tissues, the blood, the bones and elsewhere. Most of the water in the human body is contained inside our cells
According to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158, Up to 60% of the human adult body is water, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%.
A human should drink about 2 liters of water daily but many of them will not drink even will not show interest drink water in that level.
Our body show some signs about water level in our body, we should find them and do accordingly. Signs the symptoms that body our shows when it not is getting adequate amount of water are
- Constipation : If your are suffering from constipation that is sign that because of dehydration. Our digestive system requires water to digest the food we eat, Lack of water leads to problems in digestive system which leads to constipation.
- Change in the color : If you found that your urine is thick and blend in color it means that your are drinking enough water. This also effects kidneys also.
- Sagging skin: If you not drink adequate water it also effects on your skin like skin sagging and dullness in skin.
- Numbness : If you facing frequent numbness in different parts of your body that means that your are drinking water properly.
- Headache : If your suffering with dehydration that also results in headache.
- Joint pains : If your are suffering joint paints means your are drinking water to required level It leads to decrease the level of blood circulation near joints which inturn leads to joint pains and knee pains.
- Low Blood pressure : If your not drinking enough water and suffering with dehydration that results in fluctuation in the circulation of blood to heart that leads to Low Blood pressure.
