Weight Loss Chicken Soup Recipe

- 250 gms bone in chicken
- 3 cups of water
- 2 table spoon light soy sauce
- more than 1/2 table spoon of black pepper powder
- 1 table spoon of pink Himalayan salt
- Half ear of a sweet corn
- 1 small stalk of celery and green onion (chopped)
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)
- 2 egg whites
Cornstarch has about 30 calories per tablespoon and adding just 1 1/2 tbsp in this soup does not make this soup fattening.
